Before I purchased my iPhone 6 Plus from Orchard I did a lot of research to find the best place to buy an iphone in Canada. Of course I went to the Mac store and waited in line for help and then found out what it costs to buy one brand new. Holy smokes - I couldn't believe the store was so packed - how do people afford that? Anyway after researching where to buy a used iphone I found orchard on line - read the reviews - they were all good - so I decided to jump in and order it online. I was shocked that it came the next day - I am thrilled with it - I believe it was the "good" condition label and it was very good. Not only that they actually followed up with an email telling me when it arrived AND a follow up one to make sure I was happy with it and to see if I needed help - which I did - in transferring from my old iPhone 5 - they emailed back and forth with advice until I got everything transferred over the way I wanted it. So I recommend them whole heartedly.

I recently purchased an IPhone 5s. The phone was reported in "very good" condition. I think the phone is in MINT condition. Orchard service is excellent in all aspects. My phone arrived in Sudbury within 49 hours. Alex Natale was courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
The company maybe relatively new but they are open to suggestions and are looking for ways to service their clients better.

It had a issue with the button that turns phone off that was just not quite right.The mailed me a prepaid shipping label and i sent the phone back to them. Had it back in 3 days with issue ressolved. Got a iPhoneSE Space Gray 64GB for $385; listed as 'Very Good' condition but I cannot figure out why it wasn't 'Like New' not a scratch or ding anywhere. On apple the same phone (they sell 32GB and 128GB now) was $579 and $709 respectively. My phone was a bargain for sure, would recommend GetOrchard to anyone.

Just ordered an Iphone6 from Orchard and I'm really glad I did. I needed an unlocked phone for travelling and buying a used phone was more economical. Orchards website was easy to use, and the customer service was great, and shipping was really quick! Also appreciated the tool included to switch out my simcard. Loved the feature of being able to be notified when a phone I wanted was on the site. The only downside would be the exterior of the phone was a little rougher in person than in the photo. The back appears to have some sort of staining. I'll be using a case so it doesn't bother me much, but I was expecting a phone in better condition.

Last year I had bought my first iPhone. I bought it from Orchard, and rated the customer service as excellent. But at the time I had given Orchard four stars simply because I could not rate the longer term reliability of the used phone. It is now just over a year later, my phone is still running well, and I can't tell any difference in performance or battery life. Moreover, I bought another phone for a family member but just after ordering it, a change in circumstances meant we could no longer use it. Orchard sent us a return label and gave full money back, absolutely no hassle. In sum: worry-free shopping for a used iPhone at a fraction of the price buying new. I am upping my review to five stars.
