I've purchased 4 iPhones and an iPad from Orchard. I returned 1 phone to upgrade and dealt with customer service several times. Every single experience was absolutely wonderful. They helped me to decide between different models for my kids and what would work best for me. I felt respected, they didn't just try to get me to buy the most expensive thing, but what I needed. I have 3 more kids to buy for and I'm always looking for upgrades, only Orchard for my needs. I believe that when you find what your looking for, you stop looking. Thanks guys

So it was time to up grade my iPhone of course the 1st place I look is ORCHARD I have bought & sold through them 5/6 times
I purchased my iPhone XR... Great Value I checked local stores prices were the same but I trusted Orchard. Before it arrived I noticed their prices had changed by $50 so I called they said they would refund immediately :) I decided to upgrade
It arrived as usually as I expected it was perfect as described
I then went ahead and downloaded their app again to sell my iPhone, I was happy with the price because again locally had been offered less.
So went ahead they sent me all of the mailing boxes bubble wrap etc and off it went I decided to take their maximum off due to the fact I was in no hurry for the monies.
I bought my phone on CC so I had a good 6 weeks :) to pay
As soon as my phone arrived I received an email saying they were paying me $30 more how great is that to get more than quoted.
So 30 days later I received a Etransfer from them VERY VERY HAPPY WITH ORCHARD

Buying online can always be tricky, and you never know what you're gonna get. Except with Orchard. Not only did they really deliver with what they promised and quickly but their service is amazing. I had some issues with my sim card and was wondering if it was a phone issue or card issue. I sent Orchard an email and they got back to me right away! I was able to talk to a real person aND they were fantastic! The problem was with the Sim card which was an easy fix. Next time I need a phone I'll definitely buy it through orchard!

Was very nervous about ordering a phone online because of scams but ordered from GetOrchard and messaged the customer suplort right away to inquire more info. Alex and Hortense gave me amazing help every step of the way and even messaged me the day i got the phone to ask how it was going. Definetly not a scam. Looked up the serial number of the phone on the Apple manufacturing page and it was authentic. Very easy and safe company to use to but used phones

I bought an iPhone 5s from Orchard last year. Great service, great phone. Absolutely no issues. Recently I ordered a Samsung S6 in "Very Good" condition. It arrived in two business days and I cannot find a flaw anywhere on the phone. It was good value and the process is so quick and easy. Very pleased.

We purchased an iPhone 6 and to be honest after checking it out on the site we were still skeptical, (thought it was too good to be true) so we decided to call the company and see who answered. Alex was great on the phone and answered all of our questions in terms of what the different ratings mean and the conditions of the phone. The delivery of the phone and follow up has been great as well. If you're in the market for a phone, you should take a serious look at this company and save yourself some money. My new phone was delivered to me in just 2 days, the phone was in an outstanding condition and the service was exceptional. Orchard team handled any questions and concerns I had with excellence. With all honesty, I was a little bit unsure when purchasing the phone, however it was a decision I do not regret. Orchard makes buying and selling phones easy. My personal experience with Orchard was very good, and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.
