Ordered an Iphone from this company, ordered it Friday, received it on Monday. The phone was an excellent shape, received everything I asked for, I haven't had any issues. If you want an unlocked phone for somewhat cheap I would recommend this company.
I had an outstanding experience with GetOrchard. At first, I was a bit skeptical, as were others I told, but everything went exactly as described. I dreaded the idea of selling my phone on my own so to have a service do it for me was great. Not only did they quote me higher than I would have sold it for on my own, after receiving my phone and assessing it, they quoted me an even higher price. I got my money at the end of the timeframe I chose. They were also super responsive to my questions and offered great customer service. I'd totally use them again!
Purchased extended warranty on iPhone. Returned phone with home button problems.
Orchard basically called me a liar and said the phone had signs of water damage. I told them that if it had water damages we got I that way. Who would return a phone for warranty it I had be exposed to water.
Bottom line is that they refused to honour my warranty and returned the defective phone without repairs.
Orchard had lost a good customer as I will never purchase another phone nor will I recommend them to anyone else!

The amount I received for my iPhone 6 was lower than I expected ($35), which was disappointing - though I did have a broken screen and home button, so I expect that's why.

Even though my iPhones are only 1 or 2 versions back, i. E., not at all obsolete, I can't even pass them on to my grandsons, who have higher expectations. So I was thrilled to hear about Orchard. Getting older and needed a bigger screen on my phone. Found Orchard in a google search. Found a IPhone 6s Plus at a reasonable price. Purchased it and paid the extra $20.00 for expedited delivery. Ordered on Wednesday the phone arrived Thursday. Item looked to be in great condition. Had the phone up and running that day. Hopefully the phone will last me a few years and I will go back to Orchard for a new one.
I recently needed to upgrade my phone, and didn't want to be tethered to a 2-year contract by buying through a telecommunications provider. After looking at a bunch of options for unlocked iPhones (and being skeptical about each one's reliability), I stumbled across Orchard. It didn't take me long to see that this was a reliable company worth buying from. While a bit pricier when compared to other options (Amazon, Kijiji, etc.), the guarantees and methods they use to stand behind their product made me feel like I'm paying (a little) more but getting my money's worth!
Ordered on their site and received item four days later. Product was marked as "very good," but when received and looked over, it could have been considered as "brand new" device! Getorchard's technical was outstanding throughout this entire experience. They even took the liberty of emailing me the same day i received my device, to ensure everything was working.

The phone arrived in 2 days. Because it was a gift for my daughter, the billing and shipping addresses were different. I received an e-mail immediately advising of possible delays. We were able to rectify the situation VERY quickly, thanks to amazing customer service. I recommend Orchard 100%.
Just bought my first phone from them. Delivery was really fast, and the phone was like new as described. Have had it for about two weeks and so far no issues. Will keep an eye out for problems (since it is a used phone), but no complaints so far. If it stays like this, will definitely use Orchard next time I need to buy an iPhone :)
