I bought phones from them for years now, with a family of 4 this is a great website to purchase renewed phones. It's simple, straight forward, and I've always been more than satisfied with all my purchases. Very easy to communicate with them also, they will respond the same day or the next. Just sold them 2 phones for the first time and was very satisfied also. Easy process and they deposit the money right in your bank account!

Purchased an iPhone4 on the website about 8 months ago. Phone arrived quickly and worked perfectly until last week. It suddenly showed the battery was completely discharged and would not charge. I contacted Orchard and they gave me a couple of things to try, but when this did not resolve the problem they asked me to send the phone to them. They repaired it and had shipped it out the day after they got it. Excellent warrantee service.

Purchased a phone. Let them know it wasn't charging - their solution was to unfold a paperclip and clean out the charging port myself. The website boasts that they have an quality inspection process and the phone they sent clearly did not go through this process. This company will not proactively refund or exchange the phone. Terrible customer service. I originally gave this company 5 stars and after 30 days this company is not trustworthy. I trust craigslist and kijiji for buying phones rather then these crooks

I have sold two iPhone's with Orchard and absolutely love this service. Both times were seamless and easy. Everything from the packaging and instructions, to receiving payment, is both professional and prompt. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Fantastic and painless shopping experience. Customer service is top notch from beginning to end of transaction. Phone exactly as described and shipped to me super fast. Love the option to have the screen protector applied prior to shipping! Will definitely recommend Orchard to friends/family!

Wanted to sell my iPhone through this site. It was painlessly easy. They did all the legwork, all I really had to do was download the Orchard app on the phone, run through the tests, and then send the box back to them.
I know the profit margins would have been higher had I sold it myself; however, Orchard is a great solution for those busy individuals (like myself) who have limited time to do so. Would definitely consider selling or buying through them again!

This was a great way to recycle my old iPhone. Absolutely simple. Orchard's app is very slick. It assessed the condition of my phone remotely. When I sent it in, having made a personal assessment of its condition, the Orchard people disagreed and offered me more money telling me that I was too harsh in my evaluation. The phone sold prior to their estimate and, bingo, I got an e-transfer in my inbox. Great service. They kept all their promises and were very reliable to work with. I highly recommend Orchard!
