I'm happy with my experience and will probably buy my next phone from Orchard. Everything was as advertised or better.

The only reason this isn't a 5 star review is the difficulty of having the phone delivered to my work address - which is not the billing address for my credit card. This caused a delay while I went through some extra verification steps. I understand that they're exercising caution but I regularly have online purchases delivered towork and have never had to do this. This was a bit of a pain from the customer point of view.

Nonetheless, all customer-facing personnel were very courteous and worked hard to be helpful.

I purchased a phone for my husband. I was a little uncomfortable at first but after reading all of the fantastic reviews I went for it! So glad I did. I then bought a second phone for myself. I had several questions about the second phone and both Dylan and
Alex in Customer Service were awesome. They answered all my questions and were super patient. They even followed up to make sure I was okay with everything. I totally recommend Orchard and will definitely use them again in the future!

My 5s died while updating. Sent it back on warranty- was told it was a mother board issue so elected to take the replacement phone option. New phone was sent even before I paid the $25 deductible. Replacement phone is in perfect condition. The only reason I gave this review 4 stars is because I had to follow up with them re receipt of my my old phone, status of repair etc. They could be a little more proactive there. Otherwise great company, I will buy my next phone from them

Ive used Orchard a couple times the last couple years, and have always received fair pricing on my used iPhones. Their simple app is really easy to use and love that you get the price instantly. And the last phone I sent in, they responded when they received it, that it was worth $50 more than what they originally quoted, as it was in better shape then expected. Not often do you get a company that will do that. Highly recommend anyone wanting to get a fair honest price for their phones to give Orchard a try.

I followed Orchard's page for months knowing that at some point I was going to have break down and ditch my Windows Phone for an iPhone. Thankfully I dropped my phone and it forced the issue. I ordered a iPhone 6 Plus and it shipped within a day, they installed the screen protector I ordered better than I could have. I ordered a phone in "Very Good" condition but I've yet to find the blemish that kept it from their "Excellent" status. I would definitely buy from them again.

Tl; dr: Returned a phone, got wicked support. Very happy this company exists and will recommend to others, seriously.

I ordered a phone, got it in the mail less than 48 hours after purchasing it. When I noticed a small problem with the battery, I asked for some troubleshooting help. Everyone who wrote to me was competent, friendly, and helpful, and I came away knowing more about my phone than when I started. In the end, I chose to return the phone, which was super simple and I got a great phone in perfect working order right away. Very impressed with the service and 100% happy with the new phone.

The only thing I wish had been different is that it wasn't clear on the website that the ratings on the phones ("Like New", "Very Good", and "Good") refer to aesthetic details and not the function of the phone. Had I known this I would have gone straight for a lower-rated phone since I put my phone in a case, anyway, and the wear and tear was so minimal that I didn't think it was worth downgrading the price for it.

Could I get my very best price on eBay or somewhere else? Maybe. But from start to finish, the Orchard experience could not be any better. Run the app that checks out the phone, hit the "Sell" button, get packing materials in the mail, send in the phone and wait for a cheque... and throughout the whole process, friendly humans are keeping you apprised of the status... simple awesome. Oh... and the kicker? They actually wrote to tell me they would be giving me MORE money than originally promised. My third time working with Orchard and as always, an absolute pleasure.

Selling my old iPhone 6 with Orchard turned out to be a breeze. I was paid $25 more than initial estimate on the next day after they received my phone! Great customer service throughout. I don't think I could have had a better deal selling on my own plus all the stress that comes with it. Very satisfied and recommend.
