I never imagined my old phone could be worth so much! And everything was so simple, from setting up an account, to returning the phone in the box sent by Orchard with prepaid postage. I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, but I am thrilled. As well, after Orchard received my phone, they contacted me to say that my phone was worth more than they had originally quoted. Not only that, my phone sold immediately and I received my payment by Interac transfer as soon as it sold. Talk about exceeding expectations. Thank you Orchard.

This is my 3rd phone purchased from Orchard, and I will be selling my 5th phone. Everything they have promised, has come to fruition. Phones have all met/exceed descriptions. Payments have all been on time, as promised. Excellent company to deal with, you shouldn't have any worries.

What I appreciated most about Orchard as a seller is their transparency. If you answer the questions honestly, they'll tell you exactly how much you'll get paid, and when you can expect to be paid. They take care of all the shipping logistics for you, send all the material you need, and you mail it off. They let you know they got it, and send you the money you were quoted via etransfer. Couldn't be simpler. Could you sell your own phone on Kijiji for a bit more? Yes, but then you'd have to waste your time with emailing random people and meeting up. If you want to get decent cash for your phone simply with no fuss, this is the way to do it.

The phone I ordered is an iPhone 6 in 'very good' condition. When it arrived I initially thought it was a dud because it kept glitching during the start up and would freeze on the white screen with the apple symbol. However, after charging it for an hour or two it ended up powering on normally. Since then so far, so good. Battery seems a bit weak but that may be a general iPhone 6 issue. The sales representatives were very prompt to check in with me when my phone arrived in the mail, and quick to respond when I let them know I was having problems. And the phone arrived a day earlier than it was predicted to. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

Ordered a used iPhone 6 Plus with 128 gb memory. Despite Orchard saying it was in "good" condition, it was in "pristine" condition. Not a scratch anywhere. I just put my SIM card in and it was off to the races.
On their website they admit to being slightly more expensive than a private sale but I don't think that's the case. I paid about $75 less than several I found on line and most had something wrong... cracked screen, stuck button etc.
Dylan was also very helpful when I had questions and even refunded $5 and gave me a new screen protector when I forgot to enter the 5OFF code. Thanks Dylan.

I have now bought and sold a phone through Orchard. Easy to use app. Excellent customer service. Any questions or comments handle quickly, efficiently and with a personalized touch that lets you know that your email was actually read and addressed.
Phone I had bought arrived quickly and has worked well for over a year. Sold another phone through the site. Quick testing of phone through app, options for selling, packaging supplied to ship and efficient payment when promised.

This was my first experience buying a used smart phone and it was not without some trepidation. Now that I have received the Iphone and see it is an excellent product, exactly as described, with super fast shipping and stellar after sale service, its clear my confidence was not misplaced. From the app testing my phone function, the receipt of the shipping materials, and then the notice that Orchard even will reimburse more since my phone was in such pristine shape!, and the fast sale with a e-transfer right away Orchard has been an amazingly easy, honest and excellent experience!
