Unfortunately quite a few big scratches for a good condition used iPad mini, otherwise physically good.
Everything else is fine or works yet the battery drains very fast and past 20% the iPad has a chance to just shut off.

I've sold two phones through Orchard. They're always super transparent with everything that is going on, pricing, any changes, etc. Both times, they've upped the value of my phone because of the condition. So much easier than dealing with people on Kijiji or something.

I needed a new phone and I'm currently studying in the UK. My parents purchased a Iphone 6s Plus through Orchard, and shipped it out on the Saturday. I got my phone on the following Wednesday and it is amazing! The condition is great, and the phone is amazing! Everything as promised, so I will absolutely recommend them to friends and purchase from Orchard again!
I found Orchard online while searching for a reliable place to buy a used iPhone SE. I really liked how they showed multiple pictures of the unit in the online store. Shipping was free and the phone arrived in a couple days restored to factory settings. I will definitely use them again.

Was having difficulty selling my phone, but getorchard got it sold for me, at more than what anyone on CL was willing to offer.
This is the SECOND negative experience I've had with Orchard. I purchased an iPhone 8 in like new condition. Within a few weeks, the sound quality became muffled to the point that I can't have a basic conversation on my $1000 phone. Despite having purchased an extended warranty, Orchard is unable to help me because they're not able to work on the iPhone 8. Not sure why they would sell a phone they're not capable of covering. Do not buy from them unless you're ready to pay for your repairs out of pocket.
Excellent and smooth customer experience. I was skeptical at the beginning but I fully recommend Orchard for those who want to sell their phones. They pay way more than companies like Rogers. The app is pretty easy to use. They send you a box and have constant communication with you via email. A few weeks later I received an electronic transfer. Great business model!
Today I received my new-to-me iPhone, and though I purchased one in "good" condition, it looks almost like new and works perfectly. Speedy delivery, well-packaged, and nice customer service. Thank you!
I used Orchard to sell my old iPhone after having no success on Kijiiji. Their app is very simple and quickly gives you an appraisal value. If you're ok with the value, they send you packing materials and you just pack your phone up and drop it at your local Canada Post. My phone's value actually went up $30 once they received it, as it was in better condition than they had anticipated. In just two days, I was paid for my phone, even though I had selected the 4 week payment period. I will absolutely be using Orchard again.
I recently sold my iPhone 6 to this company, and the price I got for it was quite worth. It saved me the hassle of trying to sell online and the team had been super supportive. I had troubles with the e-transfer when they sent the payment the first time, and they were quick to respond. I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to sell their old phones.
I havent found better pricing anywhere. With three kids all wanting the features they are used to when using Mums phone... you get the picture.
To date I have made three phone purchases with GetOrchard and each time received exactly what was advertised. The two iphone 4s I purchased way back when are still working! I just received my iPhone 6 and am very pleased with the condition of the phone. I received great advice when I called the 1-800 support line before I bought the phone. The woman I spoke with was not a pushy sales person and addressed any concerns I had. I felt even better about my purchase with the opt-in 1 year warranty. I will definitely use this company for buying any future phones and will certainly recommend it to others.
