I've used Orchard to sell my old, still good quality iPhones twice over the last 4 years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a pain-free selling experience. They are always professional in communication, keeping you in the loop on the sale of your phone, and they make the process seamless and fool-proof! To me, there is incredible value in someone handling the selling process for me, with an upfront quote on the value of your phone so you know exactly what to expect every time. Try them out if you're looking to sell your phone hassle-free!

I was a little skeptical about buying phones online but I saw that getorchard has so many positive reviews so I told myself that okay I would just get one (I'm supposed to get two for gifts) and test the waters first. I got the phone fairly quick and to be honest, I wasn't expecting anything that much. But wow. The packaging is so clean and organized and the phone is amazing as well. Been using it for about a week now and still really great. And they're so nice for checking in about my order. Looking forward to buy the second phone from them!

After reading many of the reviews about Get Orchard I thought I would take the chance! I did not want to buy a brand new phone and this to me was the best option. When I had questions about purchasing and tracking the phone up until delivery customer service was great!
The phone came exactly as shown in the pictures. I thought the warranty plan was reasonably priced at $60. Would consider them again when purchasing another phone

I decided to buy an IPhone and since its expensive everywhere, I looked up online sales. I found this company online that was cheaper as it was used phones. Of course I was worried at first but decided to try anyways. The phone was almost new no scratches and worked great. As I used it for the first two weeks I noticed the camera was blurry, since I had 30 day warranty I contacted customer services to help fix the problem. They were sooo patient and helpful, I had to send my phone to be fixed by them. They send me a shipping post so I didnt have to pay and kept me posted with updates regarding my phone. Within a week I had it back with a new camera and it works beautifully! :) will definitely use they again.

Orchard was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I got a new phone for my son, which I was very happy with, even though my first choice of model was sold out. When my first choice came in two days later, I was notified, I replied, and boom! Exchange was made, easily and painlessly. Same thing when I wanted to sell my old phone. Easy, painless, and charming customer service.

It was a good feeling to keep old phones out of the landfill and save money at the same time. I will definitely use Orchard again!

A friend introduced me to Orchard and I couldn't have been happier with the simplicity and effectiveness of their program. I had an old iPhone 6+ here that was retired and going through the bother of trying to sell it was daunting at best. Along comes Orchard and saves the day. They mailed me the shipping materials and waybill, i boxed up the old phone and sent it right back to them. Within a few weeks, the money they promised me was in my account via e-transfer.

I am as picky as it gets when it comes to buying anything used. The amount of meticulous care that goes into reconditioning these phones is unparalleled. Parts that are used for repairs on iPhones for example are always either genuine Apple parts or Apple certified.

My biggest worry was getting a phone that was previously serviced with 3rd party parts. Orchard never sells previously repaired phones through by a third party, never sells phones that are water damaged or blacklisted. In other words, I trust Orchard as much as buying from Apple directly.

If you see a phone that you like on GetOrchard.com, please do not hesitate. On top of everything, their customer service could not have been any better. Dylan and Alex really care about my experience through and through. It felt like buying something from a close friend.

I cannot believe Ive never heard of Orchard before this but they truly deserve to be the #1 used phone company in Canada.

My new iPhone 6s phone from GetOrchard is pristine, beautiful, perfect. I love it. It came in the mail in less than five business days. It works beautifully and I love it. I realize Apple is partly responsible for my phone's beauty, but I really like the vibe of Orchard. I once bought two iPhones from Groupon and one phone didn't work on arrival and the other's circuit board died six months later (had an Otterbox case on it). Groupon refused to do anything for me. GetOrchard has a completely different feeling. I will buy from them again.

I bought an iPhone 6 from Orchard in March 2017 and in February 2018, noticed the battery seemed to be depleting really quickly. I had about 2 weeks left on my Orchard Care plan and got in touch with the customer service team to inquire about whether it would be covered. They responded within hours and paid for me to send my phone to them for repairs. Within a week it was back in my hands and they kept me updated on their progress throughout the process. I worked with Alex specifically and she was wonderful!

Seems like most positive reviews come from those who have sold their phone too Orchard and the other ones are either friends or those seeking a 10% off incentive. This is my 3rd phone with them and I am DONE! The first was an Iphone 5S and it started shutting off at 30%, would send tex without me even finishing my sentences... went in person to the store and was treated like an annoying picnic fly or just plain ignored... watever... exchanged for a new 5S and the same $#*! kept happening only my phone calls would switch to speaker or drop the calls... i had a friend tell me that the 5's are old and that Apple Updates mess them up so I then got a more expensive 6S and low and behold the phone is crap AGAIN... siri comes on in the middle of my music, the music keeps skipping to a new song or just turns off... WTF ORCHARD... NO REALLY... why are you guys so shady and lie to ppl? You guys hide behind your computers and give this fake perception that you are the apex of customer service but your more like snobby hipsters that are too cool for school... yeah Dylan I am talking about you... and hate to see customers face to face... well I am returning this phone once again and I will shout it on the mountain tops and too Better Business Bureau that you guys stink and are not honest about the conditions of your phones. SHAME ON YOU ORCHARD, YOUR APPLES ARE ROTTEN
