I wanted to try to get a little bit of money for some old phones (both mine and some family member's) as well as have them go to a new home instead of just throwing them into electronics recycling. The process was very easy, they gave a fair price (and even increased the amount after they received the phone and did a visual inspection) and sent me payment promptly via Interac e Transfer. They kept me up to date on the process and also mailed me the shipping materials to send the phones to them.
Just bought my second phone through them (One was a present last Christmas, the second one was for myself). Their system of technical checks seems excellent, and their grading of physical condition all phones are rated "Like New," "Very Good," or "Good" is reliable.
Their prices seem to be the best around, and their customer service has been, for the most part, excellent. (One customer service rep claimed to be unaware of questions regarding battery life on iPhones, which I found surprising. But service rep Alex is excellent, patient and very helpful.)
Only fly in the ointment is their In-Stock Alert system, which is supposed to allow you to specify the phone(s) you're seeking and get an automatic alert sent to your email when one comes in. I had problems with that while searching for both phones, so I had to just keep checking back manually, every day, until the model I was looking for showed up on the site.
Aside from that, they're great, and I'd recommend them highly.
The iPhone that was ordered was given a very good status and when received it was almost brand new. One tiny small scratch on the back and that was it.
The people at Orchard made the entire process smooth and easy. I sold my phone with the 4 week window and it sold in two days. Received payment in an e-transfer immediately. Thanks for everything.

If your tired of dealing with people from sites like KIJIJI and Craigslist this site is amazing for selling your phone they are prompt and quick to answer questions about the sale and once your phone or selling period is done they are prompt to send you a payment and make sure everything is good.

I was a little nervous to buy a phone over the internet, but reading the reviews of Orchard, and seeing how positive they were, I did it, and absolutely no regrets! I bought the iPhone 7 Plus, and as advertised it was in great condition. It works fantastic, and Orchard stayed in touch, are easily accessible, respond promptly, and just give the best customer service. My experience was such that I trust this company!

I had an iPhone 6s Plus that I was't using at all after getting my iPhone X. I've inquired with my current mobile provider, Apple Store, and a couple of other websites but none of them were offering me a descent price for my like-brand-new phone. Was given a quote for my phone, sent it in and then received an email saying that after inspection, they actually feel the phone is worth more than the app estimated so they actually ended up sending me more money than I had originally expected. They totally didnt have to do that but how cool that they did. I also love that they just send you the money via interact email money transfer so that part is hassle-free as well! I will definitely be using this service again to sell my next phone. Huge fan.
