I should have known better. These guys may be able to help you if you are afraid to call your electric company, but Facebook is notorious for being unreachable via phone. GetHuman implies that they can reach them, instead they essentially waited 24 hours and sent me a four word message that I could have read straight from the FB help page. Then... silence. Total Scam. Don't waste your money!
I was trying to contact gethuman.com to let them know that a company they say does not have a live chat actually does but amazingly they listed no contact information about themselves. I guess they're not as human as they say they are.
Thats a oity I am reading all the reviews with hope that my air b and b issue of not being paid could be resolved but it looks like gethuman is only as human as i and probably cant do any better than I have been for past 9 days and getting nowhere!
I contacted get human about 3 weeks ago to help me resolve issue with google. They promise to resolve problem or refund within 24 hrs. I got no human response only an automated robot "Ollie", which kept asking for the same information over & over. I have contacted them with no success. I think Ollie ripped me off
My experience with Ed Ronaldson from Gethuman as been wonderful. He is very helpful and informative. Ed has always demonstrated a high level of professionalism and great customer service.
Get human says that they will resolve your problem within 24 hours, so I was upset when I didn't get a call back from my tech support person within that time. However, Ed, my tech support person persisted in writing me again to schedule a call, then was very helpful in a phone call during which he resolved the problem I was having with Skype. He was thorough, patient, and personable.
I reported a problem resolving an issue with Penndot. Get Human said they would send a guide in 36 hrs. It's been 5 days and nothing. They gave me a confirmation code, but I don't see anywhere on the site to put it. A waste of time. They just want you to hire them. There are no FREE guides, as implied in an article in the AARP magazine. Can't understand why they recommended this site. Worthless.
I had tried getting though to Amazon about my Amazon Fire Netflix remote. After talking to those overseas twice taking three hours with no results I looked into the Internet, found Rob's company, GetHuman. Not a problem for him to have a new one sent. So many things to take care of with different sites and methods takes time and can be frustrating. This was a fast and easy way to accomplish the task at hand. C. Ludwig

My Problem Solver, Robert Winters Ronaldson, took the case on Feb. 5 and persisted on getting me satisfaction for nearly three months. I have the highest praise for this kind of service.

I have been rescued by humans at gethuman.com at a moment of an absolute panic when my WordPress-based website broke down in the middle of my marketing campaign. A friend who used to support my website happened to be unavailable and I didnt know where to turn for help. There are WordPress self-help forums, but they are very technical for somebody like myself who knows nothing about programming. So Ive been frantically searching the web for somebody I could talk to in person (and who wont charge me a fortune for that!) and this is how I came across gethuman.com.
A few seconds after my payment had been processed I was connected through a chat messaging system with Rob. He was very patient with me as I tried to explain the nature of the problem and assured me that it could be resolved easily. The task, however, proved to be more complex than it seemed and I must admit that I was worried that Rob may give up on me. My anxiety, as it turned out, was totally unjustified. Even though it took him hours to get my website fixed Rob never wavered and I wasnt charged a penny extra on top of the $20 that Ive paid.
When I thanked Rob for all the dedicated work he had done I said that I felt very grateful to have met a person who was ready to go an extra mile with me. To which he replied: This is why we called our company Gethuman. This is our ethos.

I have major complaints (billing) with a rural electric company as well as Time Warner. BOTH have over billed me hugely! Fortunately I had an alternative to Time Warner, but the Electric Company is the ONLY one available (again over billing ans refuse explanation.) Even though I got ride of Time-Warner, I do NOT have complete or accurate billing statements. I went to the office of the Vice-President and still could not get the problem solved. Any assistnce would be great!
I'm very upset with the service provided! Not only was my issue NOT resolved but you all made it worse. I worked with Oliver. I wanted him to work on my son't Facebook account and unmingle it with my account. I couldn't figure out how they were mingled in the first place. The ONLY thing he did was to completely DISABLE and SHUT DOWN my son's account! Absolutely NOT what we wanted AND I paid for you all to do that! My son had pictures on there for the last 4 years that will NEVER be retrieved. WTH! PLUS, I had to find that out on my own because Oliver just stopped all communication! CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY CAN STAY IN BUSINESS!
I paid Get Human to get rid of an old photo account that I created in college and forgot about. I didn't have access to it because the account used had since been deleted. Although they told me it was taken care of, I still see my old profile. I finally got in contact with the website on my own and wish I didn't waste my money on this service as they didn't fulfill their end of the bargain but of course immediately took my money. Don't use this service - they just take your money and you don't have any recourse to get your money back if they don't resolve your issue.
It took a while to get a reply so I was worried that it was a scam at first.
But in the end they did fix my problem.
I was having trouble with setting up subdomains on my godaddy hosting and I couldn't reach Godaddy customer support.
Answer: I'm not going to take the chance. One bad review is enough to stop me. They charge $75. But in their terms, state service is free.
