Trying to get help with Facebook password reset and all this site does is give you links to other people trying the same thing and no helpful answers. This site is a DUD!
Don't let them log into your Computer and try to talk out with purchase their product. They try to sell you something that may have the virus. They are not solving your issues or problem. They claim they work for Yahoo technical support but they are not. Yahoo didn't employ them. Beware and be careful

This is borderline illegal. There's NO way to log in to their website. You can't cancel. They billed my card until I tracked down an actual phone number. FInally got refunded. A complete joke.

When they just launched, about 10 years ago maybe/ they offered a good site with phone numbers and the number to press in a raw to bypass automated systems. But now they just offer countless of useless loops that go back to the beginning, without giving you actual phone numbers or links to live chats for the companies (i. E. skype) ever! As i say, just endless loops leading to the beginning of the first page yo get when you writ down the name of the company yo need to contact.

Paid $25 to have someone contact Yahoo for me about a blocked website. They asked me a bunch of irrelevant questions and then told me they couldn't help me. Never contacted yahoo. Complete scam
I recently had to call comcast. I first tried to call them directly, and after 20 minutes on hold, I gave up, went to gethuman.com and was able to get to them in four minutes!
Plain and simple, if you want to throw away $25, give it to charity instead of this nonsense site. They had no knowledge of my problem, sometimes we are desperate for help and do stupid things, like think we can trust bottom feeders.

Steer clear of this site-down they ask you personal questions, offer help after a wait... For a low price of $5.00 then while you are waiting, they offer you faster service for $25.00... HOWEVER, I never got to chat with a consultant for the $5.00, instead they charged me $25.00 and the page Completely Reset! I CALL TOTAL FRAUDULENT SERVICE AND MAJOR SCAM! REPORT AND STEER CLEAR OF GET HUMAN... And after the page reset I filled out the information again to see if maybe I accidentally hit the back button or had a phone glitch... So I refilled out the form and waited for the service again, SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED AND I WAS CHARGED $25.00 A TOTAL OF 3 TIMES.

This service is not only slow, but asks you typical questions every website does that to make you think they are working on your case while they take their sweet time and barely do anything. Im very disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone.
I signed up for GetHuman's monthly plan last week, and Ed got right to work lowering my bills. Saved $20/month on Comcast, $30 on our family's AT&T bill, and $50 per month on my GEICO bill. Awesome!
What rate for callback service didn't have to deal with all the automated bull crap to get ahold of somebody when it was almost time to talk to somebody all that to do is pick one option to talk to somebody it was great getting ahold of the IRS is a pain all's I did is wait for them to call they called and I talk to the IRS cost me nothing for that all you to do is use that call back service it is free it might charge you money if you have them fix your problem or have you step by step to fix it so for a callback service it is a free great service that you don't have to wait in line on hold to get ahold of a live person and you don't have to try to figure out which number is depressed to get that live person
Was very wary of how it would work, but I got quick and efficient information from them! Asked for GetHuman help because I didn't want to call Delta and GetHuman called Delta for me, score. Would use them again!
Explained the problem I'm having with Instagram and told gethuman that using the automated system at Instagram is not working and that reaching a real life human being was the only way to fix my account. They assured me they do this all the time, that they have a direct line to instragram personell, and would have my account fixed in days. It's been four weeks and I had to demand a refund. Literally all they were doing is filling out the same electronic forums I had already done hundreds of times, which I reiterated numerous times to the gethuman "case worker," and received absolutely no help at all. Worthless.
The say they are with a certain company and then charge you when you THINK you are connected to the company you need to speak with immediately.
