I received my Dairy Bin replacement part in a couple of days. It was the exact same part I was replacing in my Refrigerator! My old bin had cracked & broken and I used Genuine Replacement Parts & received an Excellent new dairy bin & Excellent service! This part fit perfectly & made my refrigerator door bin new again! The part was a flip up cover on a pull out drawer for an LG refrigerator. I had tried other places online that I shop but nothing gave me the correct part when I put in my refrigerator Model. I received queries on similar refrigerators but the part would have been wrong. I received the part packed very well. The only negative that I have to say is that the film covering the part to protect it from scratches and such was not completely covering the part. That is a manufacturing problem, I suppose. But maybe you guys can pass that on to them. There were multiple finger prints that, for what ever reason would NOT wash off. Some fine scratches but not exactly noticeable, but still when you pay money for something that isn't a discount, you want it to be in perfect condition. But like I said, that is a manufacturing issue. I will definitely order from you guys if ever I need a replacement part. I am just glad I didn't have to wait a month to get it from China.
GRP had the lowest price I could find. Part was shipped out fast... No Problems... Best part was seal from GRP was original equipment with an install time of about 2 minutes. I saw aftermarket seals from other vendors that were installed with the door off and had a estimated installation time of 30 minutes. Would buy from them again.

Very easy, simple and to the point.
I contacted my local small appliance repair folks when my washing machine stopped working. They were very helpful. I bought a new coupler from them and I explained the noise and problem I was having. They told me it sounded like the transmission had gone bad. After hearing that it would cost around $200 in labor and another$250 and 3 weeks to have the transmission rebuilt. My husband and I considered buying a new washer...I started looking on-line for rebuilt transmissions when I came to your site and found a new one for $167.
I'm not very tech savvy and I was able to find what I needed and place my order with no issues whatsoever.
I placed my order on Thursday evening and recieved it the following Monday.
I put the new transmutation in my washing machine and it is as good as new. Thank you.

BEWARE PEOPLE WHEN BUYING FROM THIS VENDOR. THEIR WEBSITE CAN BE MISLEADING SOMETIMES WHEN IT COMES TO WHAT IS INCLUDED ON WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR ON TOP OF THAT THEY DONT HAVE ANY OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS BUT THE ONE DAY SHIPPING WHICH YOU HAVE TO PAY OUT OF YOUR POCKET AFTER TAXES WERE ADDED. IN THE END YOU MIGHT END UP LIKE ME THAT I PAID ABOUT $33 FOR JUST A PIECE OF TOUCH PAD STICKER NOT THE PANNEL OR THE CLOCK ITSELF. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND IN ORDER TO RETURN THIS ITEM YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURNING FEES WHICH DOESNT MAKE IT WORTH BOTHERING.
I ordered a part I needed for a refrigerator from Genuine Replacement Parts. The main reason I ordered the part from GRP was because of the speed they said it would arrive and because they claimed to have good reviews from shopper approved on their site. I needed another part as well and found that one another site and had to pay extra to get it to arrive on the same day. There was urgency to complete the repair because it was a refrigerator repair and we couldn't keep food on hand until repaired.
Unfortunately, the estimated arrival date came and went with no package from GRP arriving. The next morning I contacted GRP asking for a status. I received a response saying they would check on it and get back to me. I did not hear back. The following day I reached out again and they responded saying that the part was out of stock and would maybe be in stock in two weeks. I understand that there can be computer glitches, but it's very frustrating that they did not contact me to tell me the part was out of stock after I ordered. If they had simply contacted me after I placed my order to tell me it was out of stock, then I would have been able to order else where and move on, but because of their inaction, it delayed my project a week while I waited for them to send me a part that didn't exist. They also didn't seem to care about the inconvenience they caused me, they were quick to refund which I appreciated, but they never acknowledged that they had made a mistake, that they should have told me about the issue or even apologize for the inconvenience.
I hope I'm the exception to the rule and that most people have better experiences. But I also realized that it's very hard to leave any feedback for people like myself that have a poor experience(I had to contact shopper approved and prove I had ordered parts) so I went through to loop holes so others would be informed.
