Shipping date originally stated was not correct.
Took a week to get the part, longer than expected. Site said part would arrive Friday, didn't ship until Friday, Received Tuesday. Dacor DCM24S Turntable Coupling fit Sharp microwave perfectly. Sharp said turntable coupler was no longer available and not in production.

I needed to replace gaskets for both of the refrgerstor door on a refrigerator that came with the house I bought 2 years ago. I searched on the internet and this company not only had the exact part number for my model Whirlpool the price was $50 - 90 less per gasket priced by others on line. It arrived earlier than expected, packaged securely and easy to install myself. Now my food will be properly cooled and I will no longer waste energy, which is additional savings.
I ordered 3 parts for my KitchenAid dishwasher on 07/27/20(invoice # *******). Two arrived correctly and one was wrong... Contacted GRP via emails with pictures of the part I ordered($26 adjuster clip) and the one I received($9 clip) and they said their website had the wrong info and refused to send me the part I ordered. Anyway, now they want to refund me the cost of the part and I have to put in a new order. Anyway, they should owe up to their mistakes and don't put a burden on me to correct it.
