Needed a new front control panel for my refrigerator that had the buttons to select ice and water.
Found Genuine Replacement Parts pricing was very competitive for the part I needed. It came on the day promised. Box was beat up by FedEx, but there was adequate packing and no damage.
Part was OEM and fit correctly. Functions correctly now and minimum work to install the pane.
I have very good experience buying parts but gasket was deformed and it took time to fixbit.

We ordered a faucet replacement for our reverse osmosis water filtration system. They delivered the wrong part several days past due. It then took 15 emails, ten photographs and constant back & forth between several support agents in trying to get a refund. They made us jump through a ton of hoops for a $70 refund, not to mention we had to pay return shipping. No return label was provided.

I ordered a transmission agitator shaft mode shifter and related small parts for our 9 year old GE washer (GE WHRE5550K2WW). The parts I received were factory originals - fit perfectly. I ordered a part based on the website mapping for my model number. It turned out to be the wrong part. I was informed that I "got what I ordered" and so I went about the return process, which included shipping back the product at my own expense. They received my part back 2 months ago per FED EX. After multiple emails and phone calls I am still to receive a response from the returns department, much less a refund for my overpriced part.
