The gaskets didn't not fit the Sub-Zero unit and would not seal causing excessive condensation. Have ordered replacement gaskets from the factory and will discard these.

I like how the overall parts diagram lead to viewing the image of the applicable part.
What I did not like was that you did not send me an advance notice that you shipped my item, nor did you send me any type of email with a tracking number.
That means, I would need to warn older people who don't know that much about the internet that you guys don't provide tracking numbers.
I think it's fair to say that there are a great deal of elderly people that own riding lawn mowers, refrigerators or washers and dryers, and they might need a part from your website and I'm quite certain they would be wondering when their part would arrive.
I tried to cancel my order 2 hours after I ordered but couldn't connect with you and later on 2 hours later, was told it was too late because it was probably on the pallet. Sending it back with restocking fee was too much.
