Very easy transaction
The order said it was to arrive in one day (on a Friday). In reality it arrived on Monday.
I would have paid more or ordered it from another source in order to receive it on Friday. I understand it was only one more business day but the machine I fixed was out of service for several days longer than expected.
Your delivery estimate needs to be more accurate and you need to have a way to track the order. Maybe it was because you used USPS which has a reputation for being a bit iffy.

I ordered a replacement stand for my TV. The problem is that it did not give you an option for an "A" or "B" leg. I thought the stand were universal then. I received the wrong leg. I received the "A" leg and should have had the "B" leg. It was a little over priced for a simple plastic leg that did not come with the screws either.

Just installed the part — so the jury is out. I am replacing a cheap part previously installed. The cheap part lasted about one month before the coils froze over and significantly reduced air flow to the refrigerator. I had issues with the electrical butt connectors. The wire is so small the it is difficult to compress the connector to the wire do a good connection connection.
