The experience was great.

I prefer OEM parts and looking at OEM drawings. ATTABOY. I do realize that my stove is 18 years old and that some parts may not be on newer models so that replacement parts' lifespan may not be long. It was a real shock to have to pay $400 for two 9x12 grill grates. The only redeeming fact is the new grates are OEM and they should last until I drop dead.

Fast delivery. However I ordered the wrong part. Easy to return which I did. Have ordered the correct one and I'm waiting for it.

The online skimatics are wrong for this part, confirmed as I went local and they ordered same part, wrong. Took part down and he said that was for the opposite side as the on line shows. Getting ready for return on my part

Glad I was able to order a replacement part to complete my refrigerator from a broken shelf. Price was a little much, especially since I purchased refrigerator used and the shelf was a piece of plastic. It cost more than the refrigerator itself, but again glad I was able to obtain replacement parts.

Shipping was 50% of the order value, pretty disappointing. When I as in distribution we level weighted and subsidized the light order stuff so it as not so painful. A fe hundred pound orders with $2 of shipping "extra" means very little. $13 part made of plastic with an $8.88 shipping charge is asinine and insulting.

This is assuming I get correct part in a timely manner. Your website is easy for one to use. I received the order in a timely manner. The replacement product was exactly what I ordered. Installed and works great.

Ordered and paid for parts. One day shipment promised on checkout. No updates for over one week. No response to repeated inquiries. Finally said manufacturer backorder. Product may arrive in shop 4 days later. Order page still says 9 in stock today and estimated delivery by tomorrow if ordered today! Order canceled. Customer loyalty lost.

The part arrived broken, but it was merely a chipped corner which had no bearing on the functionality of the part itself. I'd suggest better packing as it appears to have been broken during shipment as I noticed the broken pieces present in the box.
