Our igniter was broke in the box when I opened it, I need that part shipped again asap as my oven is not working still. Please send me a return receipt and I will mail it back to you.

Please reorder this part as it was broken when received the ceramic pieces were broke.

The product was exactly what I ordered.

Super expensive the "SS" drip pan for my refrigerator... it is plastic, not SS. My problem withe previous one, exactly the same as this one, is that the SS paint peels off. So, I am sure it will happen again and paying $70 it seems too high.
