You will not get your money back if the part doesn't fit. Read the Google reviews. Many fake reviews on here. Their website says they will charge you restocking fee if they find you annoying. WTF?
Ok so far...went down hill but most likely not your fault. I received the part I ordered but also received another part (whirlpool gearcase) from another supplier in the Cincinatti area. (Incident *******)This problem has been resolved ( I hope) as I am returning the product today to them. Outherwise all is well.

The refill tube works great. I did have to turn down the rate of water going to the refrigerator though. Unless the water goes in slowly, the water splashes out of the ice maker. The part catching the water is different than the original one that came with the refrigerator. I would like to be able to have the water dispense more quickly. It takes longer to fill glasses with water. If I turn it up, I get a lot of ice in the bottom of the freezer that blocks the drain.
