Your return policy is a bit on the draconian side. The level of certainty I felt the need to have before opening the box was overwhelming. Were I not in a bind with my washer in the time of COVID - I would not have made the purchase. There is virtually no safety net for this purchase whatsoever, so I really felt like I was gambling the 300 bucks. I understand the practical logic behind your policy-- but I think it's unfortunate. That said, the control board was easy to find, it arrived promptly and fully in tact, and there was not too much packaging material in the box. My washer is now fully functioning within established parameters.

Customer Service seems non - existent. I emailed them and no one even bothered to respond. I did not get an automated order email with my order details. Also product arrived a day later than promised on the website, and it was thanks to my Fedex account that I realized that the item was shipped.
