Part is in mchine and repair was successful. Only negative feedback is that the delivery estimate was Friday and delired on Monday. With the impacted appliance awashing machine this delay was significant. Had to spend $30 at laundromat. Was not provided option at checkout to choose expedited delivery. I do all my own appliance repairs and if I have to orde another part would prefer to have that option available.

The two oven hinges came in separate shipments which was strange. One was 4 days after the first. I thought at first I would have to make an inquiry, however an email was sent to me explaining that I would receive another shipment.

Received just what I ordered. Delivered on time and in perfect condition.

I ordered a part for the dishwasher. The price was about 10%-30% lower than everywhere else I looked. The website worked well and the checkout was easy. The part showed up much faster than I expected and by the weekend, the dishwasher was fixed. Overall, would use this again.
