I was very pleased with my order. It came promptly and I would use dappz again.
I ordered a motor for my dryer. It came a little bit later than the date I was expecting but it is Christmas time also so I know deliveries are delayed. The motor was exactly what I needed and it works great I have a dryer again.

The price was great. How ever I received a defective part and now I can't seem to get a replacement part after I sent in pictures. How do we go about getting a refund for part. You have no telephone number to talk with you on this matter.
Not positive it is the correct part, since there is more than one door shelf on the model. It turned out to be the correct shelf, which is slightly wider than the other two on the door.

Easy to find and locate also best price
It would be nice to have an expedited shipping option available. I would have been happy to pay (a reasonable) extra amount to get the product a couple days faster, since my kitchen is torn up and I can't fix it until I get this part.
Dappz provided good service. Frigidaire required a special-order part for a ridiculously high price for a simple piece of bent metal.
