We bought an oven igniter from this site. It was a reasonable price considering other places we looked. The only complaint I have is that the package had a hole in it when it was delivered. Fortunately there was a smaller box within that held the part, and it's also most likely the transportation used and not the company itself. Overall, I was satisfied with my purchase!

My experience with Dappz was similar. I purchased a part for my Samsung washing machine. The web site showed several in stock. I placed my order and paid through PayPal. I was told that my order would arrive on 12/22/16. I received nothing.
On 12/23/2016 I received a refund notification from PayPal. I have yet to receive communication from Dappz regarding the order. I went to the web-site to look it up but it says there is no record of past orders. I have an order number, confirmation of my order, and received a refund. Hmm?
While on the website, I noticed that PayPal is no longer listed as a payment option. PayPal probably dropped them due to their shady shenanigans. I placed a new order with a reputable company. Unfortunately, me and my kids will spend Christmas at the laundry mat so that we have clean clothes for work and school.

It finally fixed the problem in my refrigerator now I get water and ice. I could not find another website that sold this part.

The service was quick, and easy to order from. What i ordered is a stove grill that is a Christmas gift so i haven't opened the box yet! I am assuming it is what i ordered.
Ordered the parts to fix my stove, when I ordered it showed the parts in stock and arriving on a specific date. I received an email on the date that my order was to arrive that it had shipped. Now I have a stove that doesn't work and will be unable to cook Christmas dinner. I bought from Dappz because they were about $5 less than their competitor who also offered free returns, guaranteed on time shipping, etc. Lesson learned you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else... anywhere else!
Received the component board very quickly.
Manufacture had not changed pigtail connector plug to the newer inverter (2015) generation III style connection yet. Wire harness was fabricated to adapt.
Customer Service was notified of the older stock and responded very quickly with an adapter harness part number to retro fit.
