All in all I was satisfied with the service and product. But felt I could of been better informed about my order and delivery time once it was placed. There wasn't any phone support when I called, only online. But after logging back in I was able to track my shipment. And I never received a confirmation email once my order was placed, just the deduction taken out of my account. The product I was purchasing was discontinued and only available in these online type stores, so I was forced to order online, which isn't something I typically like to do.

I got an email saying my shipment will arrive on Friday. I picked up the package but only one of my items was in the box. I inquired about the missing item and was informed that the second item was shipped from a different warehouse and would arrive later.
I would've preferred that the first email would have included the fact that the items were in two separate shipments and would arrive on different days.

Great website, very easy to order the part! Turned out, I had ordered the wrong part. Requested instruction from the distributor, Dannz Auto Inc. Niceville, FL and epartsasapof how and where to return the part and who I should contact to order the correct part. 10 days of emails and chat request to Dannz Auto and epartsasap and have yet to receive a replay.
