Quick processing, however no confirmation or notification of shipment were received via email. Compatible part was shipped vs what was ordered with no notification. UPS claimed Wednesday shipment however was not received until Thursday.
Very pleased with the website and purchase. Even though we received it in an exceptional time frame, the website said I would receive a tracking number to follow and I didn't get one.

Shipment was delayed a little but only a day. Fan is a little noisier than the old one, but works great! Price was best we found, we would use this company again for parts needs.
