Found part Very easily on your site. Where as the part was not found at all on Amazon or Ebay.

Web site is great. Shipping prices are a bit high! Also would be very helpful to send an email, letting the customer know that their package has been shipped complete with a tracking number.

Your estimated delivery times were not even close. You advertised estimated 2 day, but shipped UPS ground which took much longer. I would have still ordered the part from you, but it would have been a better buying experience with a realistic shipping date.
