I thought I ordered a painted black stove top grate kit. I received a matte black kit, not a shiny kit. Was not able to use it. Apparently both types are available for sale, but were not specified in the catalog. So, I got the wrong one, had to ship it back and pay for return shipping. Still waiting on credit back into my account. Return was difficult, had to call to talk to someone, wait for email approval, make my own shipping label, deliver to the post office and pay for shipping to return something that was not advertised clearly. Would have been a good experience if I got the product I expected, but clearing up things when I got something else was more work that I'll likely go through in the future. They should have paid for shipping!

Site was very easy to use and had the item that no one else had in stock due to going obsolete / EOL / No longer available on competing sites. Price on this site was also 50.00 USD less than competitors. Product arrived with correct P/N, New Item, Latest Revision as properly identified in P/N ID tag sporting correct wire harness that has the later style connectors to controller. The motor was inspected and approved and installed in appliance and tested good. PASS.

This site - is a legitimate seller vs. fake sites that take people's money and ship empty boxes or nothing at all. I almost got taken by the latter but decided to look into the company at the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports.

Thank heavens for legitimate sites such as Genuine Replacement Parts who ship out legitimate OEM items as described on the site. I will be using this site in the future and recommend and promote this site to others. This site saved the customer from buying a new A/C Unit. New A/C motor is in, the A/C unit works perfectly thanks to this seller and their business.

DO NOT BY ANY MEANS DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I ordered a new OEM replacement compressor for my fridge and got a piece of junk that did not work. 2 different techs tried to install it and said it was a defective part. It looked like a used, returned part. Their customer service is a joke. They never answer or return their phone calls. They refuse to give a proper refund so now I'm gonna have to report them to the BBB and take other legal action to get my money back. I've read similar reviews about them on other sites so I'm sure this is the norm for them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and a waste of time!
