The part replacement was perfect and it was nice knowing that it was an original replacement part. E-mail response was fast when I asked for help. Person on the phone should have been a little more helpful. I am a home owner and not sure of part numbers and she was little short when I didn't know which number to five her.
I ordered a replacement part for my dryer. After the warning to check to make sure I had the right part appeared on my screen, I rechecked the order. The lint screen arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is the correct part and fits perfectly.

Easy to order and quick replacement parts. Tray was smaller than what I expected and wheels were not like the model. Skinnier than older wheels on dishwasher tray. I would have liked to have received the exact shelf to match the dishwasher serial number.
The experience was good. At first, I chose the incorrect part. I did not check the number part on the appliance parts map. My mistake. So, I was let to make another purchase.
When I contacted customer service for returning the parts I thought I wasn't going to be able to comply with all requirements. Even though, I did my best and I received my reimbursement in a short period of time.
