Product came fast and at a reasonable price for a replacement dryer heater element. I was concerned with the minimal packaging though. The box was a snug fit to the part with almost no protection, and came pretty smashed to the point that I doubted the part was going to function properly due to the delicacy of the heating element coil. I rolled the dice and installed it, and has been running just fine for the last few weeks. Satisfied customer, and will likely purchase from GRP again.
We found the parts that we needed, but the heating/baking element did not work/heat up.
Part installed in about 15 minutes. Hinge should have come with the screw caps.
Disappointed that the shelf description does not specify dementions are for length or width. Impresssed with the help of the clerk, Ellie, when I called for return instructions (website too user unfrienndly). She was very prompt on e mailling and heiiping to find the right replacemmment shelf which I received quickly. Now waiting for my refund!
Whether or not I shop with GRP again will depend on the timeliness and condition of the product upon arrival. This is my first time to shop with GRP. Living in rural Colorado, having access to product via the internet is a wonderful convenience.
