I purchased one on 3/31/19 #******* - And within the first week screen/filter ripped. I was in the hospital for back/neck surgery and could not return within the "30 days" for credit or exchange.

Horrible customer service. Horrible return policy. I had to return a $165 part through UPS which cost $65 of my own money to ship with full insurance. I got my refund but minus a $17 "restocking" fee!
Website quote: "Returns are subject to 20% restock fee in some cases." Followed by: "We make exceptions to our stated policies in some situations. Please contact us if you wish to discuss your situation." You better believe I'm contacting their Escalations Team at *******335 M-F 9-4:30 CST.
Save yourself the hassles and shop elsewhere. The part I ordered was verified by GRP as the correct one for my dishwasher when it was totally obvious it was wrong. I submitted photos to "prove" my statements and they still insisted it was the right part.
Get this business closed by not giving them any of your money!

Info for account was confusing - either have person register as guest and go to shipping/billing info immediately and skip account log in stuff or allow either option to be clear and seperate.
Once our order was placed the part arrived in 2 days, was what we expected as a product and worked seamlessly. We definitely will do business with them again.
Hope it will arrive the same speed I was able to prosess the order
1- you sent me tracking for FedEx but it didn't shipped with FedEx it shipped with USPS
2- package didn't arrive on time inset to be on Friday but was delayed and because monday holiday I got it on Tuesday.
3- ref. Parts can't take so long for shipping.
4- C/S respond was fast that was good
