Delivery took a little longer than expected, but considering the mess the world is in now and the strain on the post office - we are very pleased with the entire process. This company is very receptive and follows up immediately on questions.

Had the part I needed plus more
Placed my order online for a drain pump for my LG washer, I received a coil and a spring for a GE refrigerator. Reported the issue on the website providing my order # and the order # i received with the contents. The next day i received an e-mail with confirmation that my order had been delivered. I called customer explaining the issue, provided the info again, but they said i would have to provide pictures and could not take my word for it, I argue for them to check the order numbers that i provided to confirm my info and they insisted i should send them pictures. I offered to ship the wrong parts anywhere or to the right customer but no they still wanted pictures. E-mails back and forth with them sticking to their ridiculous policy. I order from my drain pump from Parts Clinic. I lost my $48 with GRP but i will never order anything from this company again. The worse customer service.

The picture showed the shelf the rails but the product didn't have the rails when received. So I called and they asked if the pic had the rails on it and I said yes, but the product received didn't. So I requested a RMA to return.

Service was as expected
Hefty shipping fees (and only one option for 1-day shipping, but it arrived about 3 days later). I have used it several times. Definitely not the quality of KitchenAid. The seams are jagged and the enamel is already chipping off.
Good product and great price
The part did not fit our vehicle. Disappointed in this order. Not worth the $$ to send it back.
