Our experience with genuine replacement parts was great. The problem I had was with FedEx. When we received confirmation that our order had shipped and I was given a receipt date by FedEx. Received the part five (5) days later than original receipt date. In review of FedEx tracking it seems that the truck must have sat for a day or two.

So easy compared to other sites. Very hard to see the instructions pictures too dark but we figured it out.
