The replacement crisper drawer for my refrigerator was easy to locate and order, plus the price was the best I could find online. Unbeknownst to me, my order was shipped and I hadn't received a tracking number. However, a quick email to Customer Support resulted in two quick responses with my tracking info. In fact my order was delivered the next day. Part was packaged well and was received damage free. In the past, I've used two other online appliance replacement e-tailers. I thought that a recently replaced part was failing but it was a computer glitch. So the part was not actually used or needed. I guess I will need to see about a return.

Good service
The first order I tried to amend and delete an item and add the one I just ordered. I tired calling and chat and was referred to email the company. I am sure they are busy but the order was never amended and had to place an other order to get the part I needed. Overall, Not dissatisfied. Just would have liked to not pay for shipping again.
