Great place to purchase parts!

I ordered 2 replacement shelves for my refrigerator doors. When they were delivered I realized they were the wrong doors. They have NO contact number, NO contact info on their website. I've written numerous emails to try to figure out how I can return these shelves with NO RESPONSE for over a month. Don't get screwed like I did.

It was seamless to order-but why don't you ask me once I receive my item.
I have no idea how this will end.:-) Received our part!, Excellent!

I had a hard time finding this panel in stores and no one had it, went online and typed in MOD # and your site popped right up, and i see that yall have others parts for my stove...I will be saving your website and other more parts for my stove...THANKS!

Trying to reach this company and they do not answer their phone, and even tried using their on line Chat during their posted hours and nothing... this is horrible customer service. Every 10 seconds on hold they try to get you to email their support department, and state that "our staff is dedicated to answering your questions as quickly as possible". Lol. What a joke.
