Did not receive the part that I ordered. I was given a replacement part that was less expensive. Still charged the full price.

All in all it wasn't hard to find the part i needed in the search engine, delivery was pretty quick ( couple of days), but I thought the price was just a little high but it was worth it to get fridge back right. Thanks

Fair price OEM part good quality

The part I ordered was delivered bent on both ends that the wires plug onto, there was no packing material used whatsoever. When I tried to reach customer service, no one was available to take my call. Instead it directed me to e-mail my complaint which was robotically answered. My complaint was apparently never seen by human eyes due to the response I received.
