And problem free! The unfortunate part was the refrigerator (freezer) quit working. We had to get a
New frig and the new ice maker went with the old refrigerator!

Couldn't get in touch with anyone via chat or phone. Email not answered. Hopefully, the item I ordered is correct and I won't have to return it.

Update: rec'd order and it was indeed the wrong item. This would had been avoided if I were able to get in contact with someone. I have to return. Fortunately, they were quick to respond with what I needed to make the return.

They've got the parts, that's a good thing, but they put extra money in their pockets by suckering you into paying for next day delivery but shipping UPS ground.

Arrived one day later than expected. Product as described.

I haven't installed it yet but I am anticipating positive results from investing in a OEM part rather than a cheaper knockoff.

There's no option for tax exempt organization. That's my only complaint.
