We need to return the part - it is the wrong part. We are waiting for a customer service to instruct us on how to return the item. You delivered the part we ordered - it is doesn't fit our oven. Delivery was timely.

Selecting the correct product replacement was easy. The shipment arrived in a very timely manner. We ordered a replacement silverware basket for our dishwasher. The new basket is exactly like the original one. The original basket was starting to have wear and tear in the bottom of the basket due to knives and other sharp items over several years. Nice to have the new basket so that things do not accidentally drop trough. Highly recommend ordering from this company.
All was fine. It would have been helpful if instructions had been sent in with the parts. But we ultimately found the information we needed online.
