Appreciate ability to find exact part easily.

THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT WE ARE TAX EXEMT AND YOUR CHECKOUT DOESN'T HAVE ANY PLACE TO NOTE IT.

This was not a direct change for my ice maker. I had to change the wiring harness. I left it in for four days and it still does not work. I was told that it needs to be in for 24 to 48 hours before it will make ice and it still not working. I also checked to see if the water intake was frozen and it was not. I will be returning this ice maker this week!

I have just made my purchase. It was easy to find the needed parts and the prices are reasonable. I took delivery the very next day that I placed the order.

Machine still does not work, with the new part. Appliance service guy coming out again today. Hope able to get the new plate to not come off like the old one. Is a Kenmore washer. No problems for 7 years!

I have used replacement parts for all of my appliance repair orders and have never been disappointed. Now if they would only provide someone to do the repair I would be all set!

I like the product, and received it on time, but it had a dent in one of the corners, even the packaging was not damaged from shipping may be the dent happened during packaging or preparing to shipping.

This was an easy buying experience. The price was good and I will use this company again the next time I need to replace parts.

I ordered a part on 5/13/19 and it was the wrong one, for which i take responsibility.
I have requested a return number about 8 times, and there is always a polite response that they are waiting for the Manufacturer to give them this number.
I point out my transaction and payment is with GRP.
Their excuse is not a reason, and after waiting 3 weeks I can only assume that they are stalling to avoid making a refund.
