Very easy and navigable ordering process.
Unfortunately it took approximately 5 days before the item ordered was shipped. This made the total time from ordering to delivery 11 days, much longer than I was led to believe. (This may not seem like much, but with no clothes washer it can be frustrating.) The item was however exactly what was needed and worked perfectly. And the price was very reasonable. So, many thanks.
This company lies about having any type of telephone support and live chat support. We placed an order for a Samsung One-Connect box, but received a random cable instead. We are a business needing to get our system back up ASAP and were left hung out to dry. Still waiting on a response to emails. Don't order from here, you'll be disappointed! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. We work together with Florida's Department of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs and have reported them, and they are actively being investigated for fraud due to lying about having customer service staff.
Ordered a freezer door handle was the wrong one returned it the next day had to pay for shipping back. Then was only refunded 55.00 ot of 67.00 un beleivevable and it took almast a month to get my money back never order from them. I will stick with repair clinic online. Customer services was terrible

There was the same part number that was priced a little lower other than that everything was great. I'm sure the situation upheld the delivery somewhat but I expected that.

Fast & genuine parts make a big difference to us. We prefer to keep all of our appliances working with genuine parts. We usually keep them working so long that genuine parts aren't available. So glad to find this site.
We ordered the part on Monday and received the part on Wednesday. Washer was repaired and running within an hour of receiving the part. Price was the best we saw on the internet. Repair man wanted 328.00 to repair and my husband fixed it with your part for 60.00. We will continue to use your business!

I paid $38.82 for a shelf for my refrigerator but I guess I had the wrong product # so it didn't fit and had to return it. It cost me $10 to ship it back and they had a MILLION rules about not writing on or damaging the box it came in and blah blah blah. Ok fine. I sent it back so now I'm in it for $48... and they charge a 25% restocking fee plus don't refund any of the shipping. So I got $26 back. I paid $22 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They suck.
Easy access looking up parts and good pricing
First few times when i clicked Add Item to cart, the cart showed the incorrect product.
Had to order twice...the first order delivered a product i was not expecting. The picture and description online did not match. When i ordered the second time, paying closer attention, the picture and description matched and I received what I expected. Suggestion: put part numbers easier to see online and make sure pictures match descriptions.
