Follow up was good by company
I had ordered a new 6" and a 8" electric grill/coil heating element. While both new ones work much better, the 8" one we're unable to get the grill to lay flat. When the two prongs of the heating element are firmly pushed in, the grill tips up about 1/4" opposite the area where the prongs are inserted. Putting the weight of a pan on the grill weighs it down so that it does lay flat, but removing the pan...the grill pops back up again.
Other than that.very happy with all the pieces, and the very quick deliver time.
