Before you buy something from them and even when you order, they are kind and everything is fine. But if you have any problem after your order, then forget about it, they are located in China and are not liabe for anything. They even threat their customer when you report any problem after your order.
I asked to have one of my orders cancelled and within a few emails back and forth, they refunded me.
Will use this site again next time i am in need.

I have always had the pleasure of shopping on this site.
But I must admit that this pleasure is combined with great serenity. Let me explain:
A little while ago, I placed an order and I'm wrong. I don't realize my misunderstanding until after the fact!
In a few exchanges of emails, I ask for the cancellation of my order. And in 3 exchanges, I get from the seller the total cancellation, as well as the refund.
Quick answers, a sales department at my disposal. What more could you ask for?

Geekbuying.com was a terrible experience. Its client support is by far one of the worst in many years that I buy online. In the event that your product is faulty you will find yourself in real trouble to get it fixed or replaced in a fair way.
I bought a Mi PRO Notebook from china and payed extra money to get it repaired in EU if something went wrong. Only after 3 months, I informed Geekbuying.com that the notebook was having a annoying electric shielding problem, and as time went by the problem worsen. 10 months after getting the notebook I sent it for repair in Poland and payed for the shipment. Unbelievably, after almost 2 months, several mails and telling me that the notebook was repaired I got the notebook back almost in the same FAULTY condition.
Finally they recognized Poland's office incompetence to fix the issue and when I insisted to resend the item back for a 2nd time they told me it was too expensive for them, offering me a 200 eur money back, on an item that cost me almost 800 eur.
One last important issue is that, in my opinion, when they sell from their base offices in Europe like Spain, Poland Germany and Italy they must comply with the 2 yr EU warranty for their products and services and they are illegally offering you 1 yr warranty only.
Geekbuying.com NEVER again... keep away.

I was unable to track my parcel after the third day of it being shipped. I contacted Geekbuying about the issue, their customer service immediately looked into the issue and was able to provide my with some information. To the point i received my item shortly there after in good condition.
I want to take this opertunity to say thank you Jennifer Service. I wasn't sure how my experience would be I was pleasantly surprised how fast Geekbuying responded to my service request. Friendly and professional, I felt very supported because at no time did I feel like my problem was not important. It's nice to know that the costomer service department take thier job seriously.
