I made the horrible mistake of buying an electric bike from them because it was a bunch of pounds cheaper than in other, most well-known, retailers. The bike arrived pretty fast, in less than a week it was in my hands and it seemed to work perfectly. Just what I wanted for my daily commute.
Less than a week later im cycling home when the electric motor stops working, never to come back to life again. I message the Geekbuying asking for how to proceed and nothing, silence. After insisting they answer me just with copypasted questions, asking me to send pictures and videos, and no matter how many I send they just keep asking the same stuff over and over with not a single intention of provide a solution.
Its been almost 3 weeks and they are not answering any messages, they havent provided me with any return policy, with any technical solutions, NOTHING! They ghosted me and Im stuck with a 500 pounds useless bike.
Its a scam. Geekbuying is a scam, avoid them at all costs
I ordered two Kugoo electric scooters from geekbuying to Greece. M4 and M2 PRO. I received them after 10 days and on the first ride both of them stopped working. Kugoo M4 showed E-006 and Kugoo M2 PRO is just dead, doesn't respond to anything. I have sent multiple e-mails to the after sales service as well as to the live chat which constantly addresses me to after sales and nothing more. After one week that they keep telling for a replace while I was asking for a full refund, they told me to inform them about the shipping cost of the return in order to answer me if they will cover it! They do not give me a RS Label for UPS and they continuously asking me to inform them about the cost. In addition, today when I reached live chat for one more time, they showed me a screenshot of a fake discussion between me and after sales. Now they tell me that after sales is off to work for now and they will respond now. So to conclude, I paid over 1000 euros for two defected items and now their after sales service asks me to pay the huge amount of return without offering RS Label (return services) and without knowing if I am going to get full refund. If I won't get full refund excluding shipping costs of return I am going to sue geekbuying and I will address to european consumer advocate.
So, do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else but on this site.

Excellent costumer service, quick response to my question, doubts. I've bought with them for a couple of times. The last I didn't expect to get extra charges cause the address apparently the DHL is not likely to go to that area and asked for a refund and they gave it. It is not reflected on my bank account yet but. I have investigated and apparently is more of a bank issue and not a geekbuying.
I have purchases two phones from you, and I have sent numerous emails to your after sales department because the phones are defected, I have even taken the phone to professional company for an assessment and I have a report stating that the devices are defected. How can you sell devices like that. Now your After Sales Team are not replying to my emails. I will be taking legal action against your company, there are rights of consumers to protects the public from being taken advantage off. There are so many bad reviews, from second hand devices being sold and even broken products being sold. This is really unacceptable.

Few days ago I bought a product on Geekbuying. But as I already payed the amount I saw I ordered the product from the false country. So I wanted to cancel the order. It was no problem. I wrote to Geekbuying and there was no problem. In next days I am expecting returned payment on my account.
If I can give a zero star I would! The product is not new, it has been used or refurbished! Can even see the dirty marks on the screen. The pictures show how it came as a post and the dirty marks! Even the paper pack is creased! Just cheap and nasty

I used a wrong coupon code for buying a tronsmart mega bluetooth speaker. After the payment was done, I contacted the customer support of geekbuying for cancelling this order and and a refund. This went very fast. Thank you for the fast follow-up of this case!
Excellent, I made a mistake and ordered too many, staff reimbursed me full amount and were incredibly nice, and very honest.
Purchased a Xiaomi Petbit and received a counterfeit PetBiz item that doesn't even use the same technology (and requires an additional subscription to even activate). Despite providing evidence that the item received does not match the description and images in their listing, Geekbuying remained unhelpful and refused to even consider a full refund unless I pay the shipping fee to return their counterfeit product (I offered to return the product if they cover the shipping fee since sending the fraudulent product is their mistake, not mine). They remain unashamed of their deception.

Updated from one star. Initially I was very disappointed because I paid for 3-5 day express delivery, and it had not been even packed 5 days later. I tried their on-line chat tool and was told there was "nothing" that could be done to expedite the order. I decided to cancel, and I was surprised that the chat agent didn't seem to care. However, after leaving a negative review here, I was contacted by support and they offered to ship my item immediately. I offered to improve my review, they did NOT insist that I do. Therefor, I've upgraded the review to a 4 star experience. I wish the initial delay had not occurred, but I am very happy with the ultimate resolution. They made it right.
