This was the first time I bought from Geekbuying... Two Funry switches and a Xiaofang camera. All arrived in time. Unfortunately, the camera does not work properly... The webshop has helped solve the problem. Finally, unfortunately, this did not succeed, but this is not their fault. I was all satisfied with everything. I can recommend the shop.
I bought the LeEco Le Max 2 phone on this website and it arrived quickly, surprising as shipping only cost a couple of euro. The charger for my phone wasn't working so I bought a new one and contacting Geek Buying to request a new charger. Instead, they apologised and refunded me for the cost of the charger I had to buy, which was fine with me. Overall I was happy with the site and will probably use it again
This was the first time I ordered from a website with a delivery from China. I ordered a phone on this website, which was displayed as being available. After 3 days or so, I received a very decent, apologetic message telling me that the product was currently not in stock. After asking me if I was interested in another type of this phone, or a different phone on this website, I replied that I was interested in a refund instead. Customer support replied in a very decent manner again, and the refund is now on its way.
Although it would have been nice to have updated information on this website about the phone's availability, I nevertheless had a good experience with the handling of this issue.
I bought a smartphone that it was problematic. After I made these people understand that it was faulty, they asked me to send it back in order to get a refund.
Yes this took many many weeks, but I got my money back and even the shipping cost.
This is not the first time I buy from geekbuying but it was the first time I needed help and I got it (consider that I contacted the company of the problematic device (Bluboo) and they didn't even respond to my email)
I have purchased 5 times from Geekbuying and it has been an excellent experience so far. They have a great variety of products and the competitive pricing. For smaller items delivery through TNT is quite fast. For larger orders, it will take a while to reach through registered email (usually within 20-30 days).
For any one who is ordering from UAE, word of advice, please make sure to send it an address with a PO box. If you mail it to an address without a PO Box, then the order will be returned to home country.

... Would be my advice. Then read the one star ones. I bought a product on the 1st May. It still hasn't arrived, and I have been fobbed off with demands that I provide proof that it hasn't arrived. (Theologians everywhere enjoy asking people to prove a negative - it's just not possible). Anyway. As of 15th July I am still trying to persuade them to give me a refund, after a lot of tedious emails. Stay away. These people aren't... Nice.

I ordered from Geekbuying few time and always the price, delivery and the item was exactly as they promise.
In my last order (Tvbox) I got a mail from the service tell me that they had a minor mistake describe the item in the site caused by the dealer of this item. The problem was really minor, the Tvbox stream Netflix app only on 1080P and not 4K as it mentioned in the site when I bought.
The service excused for the inconvenience and gave me some other option and a coupon as an apology.
For conclusion, personally i really satisfied from the site in general and from they service in particular.
The stock of the requested product had been exhausted. After rejecting some alternative proposals, kindly suggested by the staff of GeekBuying Tracking Support, I have recovered without any problem the full amount of the canceled transaction. The trust level in GeekBuying remains unchanged for future business transactions.

So, I ordered my phone 3 weeks ago and it says on their website that it takes 2-7 days for shipping then 3-5 with DHL yet my phone is still sat in Hong Kong I would not recommend using this website unless you want to wait nearly a month for your product although you were told it would be delivered a week before.
They contact me at time for tell me a problem with my order and they gave me 3 alternatives for replace the product. Now my order is coming. I´m very satisfied
