I had ordered a VR headset on this side (order *******). Unfortunately I did not receive them because the product was cancelled, but the client service was super polite and friendly and I got my money back really fast and without trouble

I ordered a phone. About 130 US dollars, on June month, 2018... I payed with a MASTERCARD card... after a while, they asked me to send them a foto of my national ID and the Mastercard card, with all the serial numbers on it... i could not send them those serial numbers, being out of town..., so, after 7 days, their system cancelled the order.

No money were taken from my account. Everything was fine.

I purchased Samsung A5 here. The quality of services exceeded my expectations. The rates were very affordable and the delivery was handled in a timely manner. I am very satisfied with this store.

They have a great customer service, good prices and interesting products. They always help me and resolve all my doubts. Amplialy recommended.

I purchased a Huawei Honor Note 10, however, decided to change my mind after hearing about the new Huawei Mate 20 release. Transaction was cancelled and refund issued with no issues. Will wate for new Huawei release. Thanks.

Geekbuying's service was great. They followed up to ensure I came right receiving my parcel. I did have a shipping issue and they assisted me to ensure I either get my parcel or a refund. I will definitely use them again and I can recommend the company as well.

I saw a product there with a really good price, a friend told me, and i bought. Sometime later i had a problem with this and needed their help, so used live chat that solved my problem in 2 min.

Ordered a laptop for £850 never came ignored me and stole my money very upset and there seems to be nothing I can do about this

I needed to cancel an order before the item was dispatched and the CS was very fast and kind answering me and they cancelled the order and refunded the PayPal transaction very quickly.

I've had to cancel order 2 times now, because of financial issues, and geekbuying.com was really helpful and broadminded with my problem. They refunded my money and cancelled the order within days. I'm really satisfied with their service. The other orders i made came in good condition, and their products are original and securely packed.
