I bought a butane torch that I saw advertised on t. V. It was more than I thought it would be, but I bought it anyway as a Christmas gift. Unaware to me, I did not uncheck a tiny box in the fine print that signed me up for a subscription to something. (I am unsure what it was for- I never received any further communication) Apparently I was signed up for something and they were taking money from my PayPal account for over a year before I realized it. They cancelled it when I caught it, but they got me for several hundred dollars. I am a business owner and am angry to have been taken in by this underhanded outfit.

Bought 2 drones for my grandkids and they were a piece of junk. Then months later I notice a charge for $69.99 for a subscription that I did not agree to. They took me for over $200. This is a scam to rob innocent people. I don't know why these companies are not more carefully monitored by the US. It's enough that the US gives billions of money to these POS people who can care less about us, but they are allowed to rip off individuals.

This is a foreign company that steals from you. I bought an item that was a piece if junk. Tried to return it an ended up taking 50% back to to the outrageous cost of returning it and then found that they have been charging me $69.99 for a subscription fee that I never agreed to and they ae reusing to refund me.

This company is scamming you in every way possible to steal your money. Unauthorized cc charges, doesn't ship items, no refunds, and more. Stay away and definitely don't give them any personal information. They 100% sell your data too as that can make them a few extra dollars. Greedy mother $#*!ers.

I purchased a product from SP Gear Elevation months ago and subsequently had fraud on my CC and got a new one. Never used the new card anywhere and just got a fraud alert from my CC company. Everyone better be careful with company it is likely they have internal fraud going on

I ordered over a $100 worth of items, not only did they not get it to me they also gave me vague answers when I called about where my package was. My package was apparently "in transit" for 2 weeks and when I ask where it was exactly they said it was in Chicago then send me a tracking link that says it is in Colorado. They would also say to just wait another week when I asked for a refund to the point I had to argue for a refund, even then they tried to make me wait another week and silently say "or 2". The company has no clue what they are doing and customer service just says whatever they can to get you to shut up and let it go.

This place is a scam. Ordered 2-3 weeks ahead of time for a Christmas gift and they came 2 weeks late. Then today they just charged me $80 for I have no idea what for but it wasn't a purchase that i authorized and not only that I called my bank and they're saying they locked it because of too many failed entries. I ordered a very inexpensive item from them it took 15 days to get a shipping update when I finally got an update I noticed it was going to the wrong address I emailed the company they said there was nothing they could do I asked for a refund they denied me. So I had to go through PayPal to get a refund they told PayPal it was delivered but left out it was delivered to the wrong address. Next thing I know I have an unauthorized charge on my bank account from them now I have to wait for some investigation to get my money back. It was a horrible experience and I don't recommend them to anybody. When I wrote a review on their website of what happened they took it down

This is a total scam. I place an order on Dec 2 it took almost a month before I received it. Then 1 month later they charged my account $79.99 for some reward program that I never agreed to.
