In my last purchases I bought 5 different products of varied articles, going from headset to smartband bracelet and all the products offered are of great quality, as well as the speed of delivery to my country (about 2 weeks). Na generalidade, não tenho grandes razões de queixa. Já tive que efetuar uma troca de um tablet, o qual tive que enviar para a china (cujo envio ficou por 25 euros) e enviaram-me um novo. Fiz uma compra de um telemóvel na black friday e demorou 4 meses a chegar, tendo existido bastantes tickets e uma reclamação no paypal. No fim lá chegou, mas foi a pior experiência que tive com eles. De resto, apenas posso afirmar que as encomendas demoram algum tempo a chegar, mas no geral é confiável.

On November 18th I made my first purchase at GearBest and bought some cases and tempered glasses for Xiaomi smartphones (order no. **************074), and less than 1 month I received it at my house. This is a good time considering that the products traveled around the world. These products are not easily found here in Brazil, since here is not a big market for Xiaomi, and I found them at a very good price on GearBest. The quality is good as expected. Also, I had a problem with one of these products (arrived damaged), but after contacting the support this problem was IMMEDIATELY resolved with the money being restored in the wallet on the site. So, I recommend GearBest, and I'll look forward for future purchases.

I have ordered and received many tens of orders from GearBest. The interface is clean looking and intuitive to use. There is a wide range of products available. I have purchased mobile phones, 3d printer, electronics gear, flashlights and so on. For more expensive items I always choose EU priority line shipping option, which means no local extra customs fees on delivery.
Unlike Amazon which charges me 8-10 euros to deliver even a pen from europe to europe, I usually get free shipping from GearBest and the items come all the way from china. Netherlands Post Unregistered shipping option actually provides tracking numbers with which I can follow updates for all my packages. Shipping time is also very good, 2-3 weeks in normal conditions for my location in Eastern Europe.
GearBest has a very good reward system for its customers, where text and photo/video reviews of purchased products receive significant number of gearbest points after being accepted on the website, points which can later be used to reduce the price of certain products, usually up to 30% of the value.
Customer support is polite and friendly, and have always resolved my issues when I needed to cancel paid orders or receive technical support in warranty. It just takes a little more patience, being in very different time zones.

Sent already paid video card 2 months. After half a year, the choke squealed and fans made noise, the card was sent under warranty, where it could not be repaired and refused to make a replacement and a full refund. Only partial refund. NEVER buy in this store, no service.

Answer: Some people will get their products, some will not. Some will get what they expected and some will not. I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: Yes Adam, did you pay with PayPal? If Then contact PayPal and claim your money back and stat away from gearbest, they lied to me and now i an trying to get my 100 dollars back. Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
