I ordered 2 items lost all money. Both items were too small and fit weird. Sent back original item to get refund but made me pay for return (to US) and then charged processing fee, my refund was $1 (out of $35 item). And this all took 2 months and dozen emails. Gave up on 2nd item.
I also read lots of the reviews on this site and others, they look fake you can see from grammar errors and lack of real information. Also look at skew of ratings if too many in 5/5 and 1/5 that means something is wrong with rating... Don't buy!
GearBest is such a good online shop where I can buy stuff I need for a good price. And a top of that, I can also save some money by using points. The website and firm app are really good loking and easy to use. I always pay for my orders via PayPal, but there are webmoney, credit card, qiwi and others. Delivery time is normal - 10-15 days,
Have been using GearBest for several years now and have spent thousands with them as I buy to resell in UK. Only ever had a problem once and that was one item arrived broken. I contacted customer services and I was quickly refunded. I must admit that sometimes things are mixed in translation but always resolved.

I think Gearbest is the best Chinese online retailer out there. I have never had any troubles with them, thet sell good quality products, they ship usually faster than others and the few issues I had were resolved promptly. I can recommend them to everyone.

Every order has arrived safely and most items I have been very pleased with. The prices are excellent and usually there is a sale on too for certain products. I can't fault them for value.
Delivery used to be the bug bear but since the introduction of the UK ePacket service, I can get my order within 7-10 days which is great from China. I haven't has a singe issue with delivery since.
The latest items I've ordered range from Umbrellas, Cree Torches, Rucksacks, lots of Electronic Cigarette Vape gear and finally a variety tools. Every item has been top quality yet low prices. I can't recommend GearBest enough!

I ordered Xiaomi tv box in October 2018
Today is December 2018 and they didn't ship it yet. I even changed it to another so they can send it.
They tell me now, after I paid them that the product is not in a stock. Why couldn't they show its not in stock before I purchased it?
Bad costumer service. I am a buyer of hundreds of TV box just from gearbest and this it the treatment I get? :((
Every time that I ask why don't they send my product they reply with " this is hot product that have allot of demand". Why did you sell me something you DONT HAVE IN STOCK?!

I ordered two products from gearbest and both arrived exactly at the same time as stated in the site and the orders were in perfect condition and their point system(when you buy and review stuff gearbest gives you discounts) is very good and there are lots of discounts. And I had a minor issue with the customer service but it is immediately solved. My general satisfaction is excellent. I recommend it and I want everyone to see this comment.
My favorite shop. Like to shopping there. I can say that gearbest invest lots of money on their workers, so that's why support center and 24/7 Live Chat can respond fast and deal great with some problems. Sometimes items on the site shows as "in stock" but it can be really "out of stock", so it would be better just to ask to LiveChat. I always pay via PayPal, but there is also webmoney, credit card etc. Also they have a newsletter that remind you about new products, sales and other good deals. I'm satisfied with GearBest and continue shopping on it
I already ordered my 3D printer and some other stuff to upgrade it on Gearbest. The delivery of the printer took about 2 days and i guess that is very fast! And i saved alot money buying it on gearbest. If you have any Questions the support is very fast and friendly!
