Cons: The customer support isn't very good, it seems like you are answered by a robot, and if you live far from asia or europe, your product will arrive very late, I live in America and my product arrive the country in 1 month 3 weeks.

I ordered $300 worth item a month ago and even paid for fast shipping.
They never send the item.
After about 3 weeks, I was informed that they are out of stock and told me to choose another item for same price. Asked for refund, but they don't refund.
I checked the website again, and they are still selling the same item!
I even checked all the reviews of the item. They are all FAKE. Same reviews over and over and even few 1 star reviews are saying all the good things about the item.

I found out about GearBest.com a few years ago and since then my home and lifestyle changed quite a bit. The tech I've purchased from this website is always delivered promptly to Bulgaria and the quality is outstanding, especially when we are talking about Xiaomi products. Gearbest maintains the lowest prices for quality tech items when comparing the same listings to Banggood or AliExpress.
I've purchased from small car cameras, smart home bulbs to smart phones and vacuums for me and my whole family. To be honest the quality of the products is better than the quality of the same product when purchased locally.
I'm occasionally placing order for apparel items and they've proved to be of a good quality for their cheap price. I'm currently waiting for 4 pairs of shoes/trainers and can't wait to receive them.
There is great customer loyalty scheme where you get points for every dollar you spend and then use these points to partially fund your new orders.
Support is great - efficient and extremely helpful. The ticketing system is amazing.

Firstly, Contrary other shopping websites, Gearbest has impressive language support So, Product details are clear and this situation helps us to buy right products. Besides language support it has awesome support for problems that occurs on shipping, payment etc. Additionally, Gearbest includes a wide market area so you can reach products that you want or theirs alternatives. Finally, the most important reason that I choose Gearbest is flash sales and coupons. So, You can buy products under their price with these great campaigns.
This company has put in motion the practice of scamming their customers of the shipping cost.
I ordered a ~400 EURO item with express shipping (5 days) and extra insurance (which you shouldn't even need to begin with, but I thought I'd play it safe.)
Total amount: 405
I tracked my package for 8 days while it made it from the Czechoslovakia to Germany, where it bounced to three different packaging stations before being returned to the sender, in this case, GearBest.
After contacting the shipping company in my country to double check that it hadn't arrived despite the tracking info, I then contact GearBest and ask where the package is.
They tell me to wait another week, which I do. It is the holiday season after all. No biggie.
After 7 days have passed, I contact them again, and this time they say that, indeed, the package has been returned to them.
Why ask me to wait for a package that has been returned?!
During those last 7 days I had tracked that package to hell and back, and ended up with tracking info from DHL Deutche Post, where it said, in large bold letters:
CZ WH: 4PX Express RETURN ONLY NOT FOR SALES
So this package was never intended to reach me from the start!
I was still hopeful at this point, and didn't want to believe they'd try something so dirty, so I reply to them that, if they can't send the item once more, I want a full refund... Which they refuse, saying they have to deduct the cost of shipping and return shipping from the amount.
Get this! This company want me, a customer, to pay for a package I have not received, and probably never would have.
I'm glad to say though, that after a lot of back and forth with Customer Services, I will most likely get the full refund they owe me. Still waiting for the money to show up in my bank statement. But this, only after I clearly stated several times that I will not accept their partial refund, since a customer is not responsible for the shipping of a product.
At this point I am a hairs width away from contacting every government agency that could possibly help me in exposing these frauds for what they really are, but for now, a review will have to do.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. I wrote a review on their web site about the product that broke after a few seconds of use and they blocked it so it still looks like the product only has positive reviews. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
