Recently I was intedned to join 3D printer world and start to research what model to choose. One week of reading on the Internet ens with desicion to buy Creality 10S clone Alfawise U20 from Gearbest online store.
What can I say. The product was exactly as described. Even though it was a very busy period when I ordered my item (11.11), they shipped it immediately and it arrived in 4 or 5 days by DHL! Shipping was FREE (though it was 14kg gross). Fast DHL shipping, printer arrived well packaged with no damage, went together easily, levelled the bed and first print worked no problem. No communication with seller has been needed. Overall very happy with my purchase so far, now I have fully test it and it really do printing job well. First my print was benchy. It was good. Second one - Alfawise U20 bed knobs. I found it on thingiverse.
The only disadavantage I found so far was filament spool. The original is fine but it is not wide enough to hold 1kg filament spool. I just go to thingiverse again and download what I need and print without any hassle.
Firmware upgrade was flawless. Touchscreen works amasing.

They don't have any stock, and they don't know when they will get any. They just take your money and then string you along for weeks at a time, with customer service telling you the product will ship soon.
One item I ordered from them that actually did arrive came in a box that looked like it had been fished out of a dumpster.

Worst purchase experience ever!
I ordered an electric scooter the 30th of November for which I paid £444.67, the website didn't advice how long it would take to get it delivered. It was after purchasing that I learned it would take 15 to 25 days. After waiting 25 days I contacted them and they now gave me a 42 to 45 business days estimate! That's roughly 2.5 months!
After a 5 weeks wait I've now asked for a refund but they are asking me to carry on waiting.

I first saw an GearBest ad about a wrist watch in mid 2015, and after a quick surf on the site I placed my first order.And here we are, 4 years later, in 2019 I am still placing orders at GearBest without second thoughts. Everything I have purchased from the site is exactly as described and what I was expecting, with a few minor drawbacks here and there, but nothing that the customer support could not have resolved in less than a couple of days. I feel confident shopping at GearBest, I do it for 4 years, and I will continue do it as long as I can! I recommend it undoubtedly.
The site is great and easy to use, the products are good too, really good quality on affordable prices. And the delivery is cheap as chips.

The best things about the GearBest is because they support you for everything, and I love the fact that they send all of your orders together end if you have a problem with some product of your order your can contact them! And they always fix your problems, or they give refund or they send again the same product. I love gearbest:)

It's funny to read other reviews too. Either 1 or 4-5 stars. Nothing in between. For me Gearbest should find a way to update faster or even better in live time the availability of the items or be more strict to the stores that sell their products.
It's unacceptable that we pay for items and only when we issue a ticket, only then we get informed that something is out of stock.
First time, I waited more than 20 days, second time it turned out of stock just 4 days after my order (wasn't on flash sale or anything similar).
Regarding the shipping time brace yourselves if you live somewhere far from China and not close to a warehouse.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile. Hope this gives you an idea what the company is like. Run run run a mile mate.
