I order from gearbest very often as they have product otherwise unavailible to me and great discounts. Never experienced any problem with my orders and I am very content with their services.
Here is new review. They told me that they will deal with me in the ticket but still don't keep their promise for insured parcels. Today I filed a chargeback claim with my bank, I think I will solve this issue by this way. Gearbest is non-helpfull when you have problems. I sent proper video evidences about the issue and they made me wait 15 days and still did not respond me until I asked for an update. After my message they sent me a very stupid solution that never works. They are kidding with customers. Especially Turkish support simply sucks. I've been a client since 4 years ago, and I didn't have any problem in all the orders made (I have bought more than 30 items since then, of all kind). I had to process two guarantees and had zero problems with it, all the time with an active feedback from the support team. Since a live in Spain, all the purchases can seem a bit difficult because of the distance and the time to ship the products, but it is always the time estimated (around 3-5 weeks), with the location tracking for knowing where the product is anytime.
I'm really pleased with the experience with Gearbest, the only market that so far hasn't given me any problem.

I got my products but one was not what they promised and one broke after a few seconds of use. They still continue to use wrong information on their website even though they admitted to me that it is not correct. Answer: Dont really matter mate, regardless, what they do if does not arrive, they will not refund, they offer to resend at your cost. Then you do Paypal dispute, they refuse to refund unless you close the case, if you close the case, Paypal will not help. In my circumstances Paypal decided in my favour and refunded, but dragged on, avoid this company in future, Bangood better

Answer: I would advise you to stear clear. If the site does not let you order with free shipping then you have dodged a bullet. I got free shipping but the product was damaged an only fit for resting your cup on they offered a refund less the first shipping that was ment to be free or a replacement. As it cost 25 pounds to send back to resolve the matter I chose to except the replacement it came and was just as bad a tablet as the first. Take my advice and run a mile.
